We use Zeffy, a fundraising and payment platform built specifically for nonprofits.

One of the reasons we chose Zeffy is that they do not charge processing fees to nonprofit organizations like the Sebastian Sharks Youth Football & Cheerleading Association. This allows more of your registration fees to directly support our athletes and programs. 🦈🏈📣

At checkout, Zeffy will automatically add an optional contribution (typically around 17%) to help support their platform and keep it free for nonprofits.

🚨 Fundraising Reminder 🚨

As a reminder, SSYFCA is a 100% cashless league.

All fundraising donations must be made in one of the following ways:

• Through each division’s fundraising page using the donation link or QR code
• By check made payable to SSYFCA

Using your division’s donation link or QR code ensures every donation is properly credited and allows us to accurately track fundraising for each team.

🎉 One of the best parts of our online fundraising pages is that everyone can watch the progress! Families, friends, and supporters can see how close each team is to reaching its goal, making it fun to celebrate milestones together and encouraging everyone to help push their team across the finish line.

Once your team reaches its $3,000 fundraising goal, any funds raised above that amount may be requested by the team via check to be used for team expenses. This allows teams to continue fundraising while ensuring all donations remain transparent and are processed through SSYFCA.
