How do I register my child for the season?
Visit our Registration page to complete the online form. You’ll need to provide a birth certificate and completed medical waiver. Fill out the form on the Contact page or email us at info@sebastiansharks.org with any questions.
What age groups do you offer?
We serve youth ages 4–14 across five divisions. Flag Football (6U) is for ages 4–6 and is non-contact. Tackle football is offered in four divisions: 8U (ages 7–8), 10U (ages 9–10), 12U (ages 11–12), and 14U (ages 13–14).
What’s the difference between flag football and tackle?
Flag football (ages 4–6) is a non-contact version where players pull a flag from a belt — no physical contact involved. It’s a great introduction to football for younger athletes. Tackle football (ages 7–14) is the full-contact version with pads and helmets, governed by ACYAA rules.
When and where do teams practice?
Practices are held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at 1121 Barber Street Sports Complex in Sebastian, FL 32958.
How can I volunteer or coach?
Visit our Forms page to complete a Coach/Assistant Coach Application or Team Parent Application. All volunteers must pass a background check. Head coaches must be 21+ with at least one year of coaching experience.
How do I become a sponsor?
We offer Title ($5,000) Elite ($2,500), Gold ($1,000), Team ($500), and Community ($250) sponsorship packages. Visit our Sponsors page to learn more.
Is there a volunteer hour requirement?
Yes — each family is asked to contribute volunteer hours during the season. Roles include field set-up/break down, game day chains, and concession stand help. Families who prefer not to volunteer may elect the $50 volunteer buyout option.
