About the Sebastian Sharks
The Sebastian Sharks Youth Football & Cheerleading Association serves youth ages 4–14 in Sebastian and the surrounding Treasure Coast community — offering flag football for ages 4–6 and tackle football for ages 7–14.
Our mission
More than a football league
The Sebastian Sharks Youth Football & Cheerleading Association exists to provide the youth of Sebastian and the Treasure Coast with a safe, structured, and positive environment to grow as athletes and as people.
We offer flag football for our youngest athletes ages 4–6, and tackle football across four divisions for ages 7–14. Every child who walks onto our field is a Shark — regardless of experience level, background, or skill.
We compete in the Atlantic Coast Youth Athletic Association (ACYAA) and are proud to represent Sebastian, FL in one of the region’s premier youth football leagues.

Player safety is our top priority. All coaches are certified and equipment is checked at every session.

A message from our president
President
Markei Lynch leads the Sebastian Sharks with a deep commitment to the youth and families of Sebastian, Florida. As president of the SSYFCA, Markei oversees all league operations, guides the board of directors, and works tirelessly to ensure every child who steps onto the field — from our youngest flag football players to our 14U tackle athletes — has a safe, positive, and meaningful experience.
